Pick-up Points
Two pick-up points will need to be identified for each town/city office location you wish to include in our plans. Pick up points will be within a corridor of 1-1.5 kilometres from the affected office locations if we cannot get to the office. Once identified these pick-up points can then be cascaded within your organisation using your dedicated web-link which holds all Business Continuity Transport Plan information.
Flexibility at Time of Demand
The number of staff requiring transport can be updated during an invocation to take into account staff absence through sickness, holidays, home-working, etc. The times for pick up and drop off times may need to be altered during an invocation to respond to business requirements.
Change Management
Any changes of town/city locations, staff numbers requiring transport and locations of Workplace Recovery Sites can be updated at anytime and held on your dedicated web-link. If, upon invocation we have to alter the pick-up points from the original plan we can update the information after the event.
